Beiersdorf North America: I cannot wait to get out. I have never been so unsupported and unfulfilled in my career. The work is endless and unappreciated. Leadership micromanages to an extreme level. Nobody steps in to help they only create additional road blocks. There is no real positives here besides getting a pay check.
BrainPOP: Poor management, nepotism, HR leadership is poor, salaries need to be re-evaluated
Boost Mobile: Things were going great until my mansger started ignoring my texts and calls and now wont give me a schedule and tell me whats going on as far as my employment. And ive worked a full month and only gotten paid twice. First pay was $404 and 2nd pay was $216.
Infinity Ward: mw3 and bo6 was horrific. developed by sledgehammer and treyarch. absolute jokes. mw (2019) and mw2 (2022) were amazing games, thanks to infinity ward. they developed both games and if I'm correct, are developing mw4? love the company. super fun working here.

Auberge Resorts: It has been amazing, all of it, except for the hostile environment one of the bartenders who works with me creates everyday i work with her. It is really a shame that one sour apple can have such an impact that makes you consider leaving.

PKL Services: No room for advancement. Employees have to conform to making forward progress regardless of not being properly qualified. Coworkers are great. Managers need to take care of there people and reaponsibilites instead of consistently handing off tasks due to being unknowledgeable.
PKL Services: The relationships built have been outstanding. But the potential growth within PKL is very limited. The hostile work environment created by Mitchell Smith has ruined the trust between leadership and the employees with no hope of a cure. Time to prune the orchard of the bad fruit.

Framebridge: Company is so shady when it comes to taxes how they closed the company in Moorestown NJ gave some SIP payments only to not take state taxes out or that sip contribution like the irs wasnt going to see it they owe people money in am one of them

The new CEO doesn't have any communication skills. Leadership not held accountable for terribly costly decisions. All projects get delayed. Low salaries.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe: This experience was terrible , the manager at tropical smoothie eagles landing had a terrible attitude bad customer service and always took the customers side. she did not listen to my side of the story and then called the police on me as if the customer did not step behind the counter .
WillowTree: Willowtree is an ok place to work - the people are its greatest asset but the compensation is low and there is very little support from management to foster any growth within the company.

We haven't had COLA for 2 years and it's significantly harder to get any sort of merit increase / promotion. A lot of people want to leave.
