Harry's: Be able to ship and deliver their product. Still waiting for an order placed over 60 days ago. Tried twice but their carrier TWICE FAILED. The ultimate solution of their staff was to try retail, Their retail distribution is equally inadequate. This is disappointing for an early adopter.
Boost Mobile: I wanted to become a customer and after dealing with dishonesty behind the order that was placed, I decided to cancel and ask for a refund but was told no. Now I am out of the money I paid as well as no service.

Jerry: Per your email, no money will be taken out until the insurance is completed and I approve, 1- i never approved the application 2- it says if any changes need to be made contact us immediately I have been on hold for over 2 hours 19 minutes and still noone has come to pick up the phone.

Cricut: Working at the call center started with an INCREDIBLE work culture; it was awesome! Then COVID hit and Cricut exploded in popularity, and we got two new managers over Member Care... and suddenly all that culture and fun dried up. It's now just like any other call center. Nothing special anymore.

Clutter: Pay for damages incurred by apparently untrained and wholly incompetent movers that the customer is then asked to come out of pocket to repair. Throw any remaining junk in the storage init when instructed repeatedly and cease billing.

Weedmaps: The issue for me is that my dispensary is going out of business. My cc's are maxed out and I'm trying to find a way to continue to be on weedmaps so I can sell the rest of my inventory. The solution on weedmaps side is to shut my account down. Some understanding and empathy for a 10 year customer.
Choice Home Warranty: Customer service and Resolution Satisfaction this company needs to improve in honoring their contract policies, and living up to what they promise to do for their customers. Improve in areas of professionalism, integrity of service, unfair consumer practices and living up to theiristakes.

Boost Mobile: Boost went into all out panick mode to end 3G and within a few weeks of doing so they realized no one cared when they were throttled down from 5G to 4G and were not buying extra unlimited high speed data so Boost mobile and the rest of these Communists very quickly brought 3G back to stay.
