PKL Services: The ESOP program needs to be more transparent. We have been told for 2 or 3 years that the ESOP was going to be closed but it still hasn't happened. I still have not received my annual statement for 2023. I have very little faith or confidence in this program as a benefit to rely on in the future.

PKL Services: My overall has been good. However have seen favoritism take place from mgt. For example I have seen where they would not let one employee return back to work until cleared and 100% yet another is allowed to come back with accommodations that require more work from others for him to do his job.

Quora: Quora appears to support the USA invasion and conquest and annexation of Canada as an unincorporated territory of the USA. I base this on the corporation deleting my answers regarding the impact of Canadian resistances and insurgencies on the USA.
Infrrd: It feels Awesome ,marvelous working here
PetVet Care Centers: Major disconnect between middle and upper managers that are making the decisions and the actual needs on the floor. They don't appreciate or attempt to retain their employees. They pay DVMs fairly well but otherwise everyone else pretty crappy.

PKL Services: I Have Worked here since the beginning (Day 1), 16+years. First 13 years the experience was great. But with recent hires, younger generation and not experienced, they have messed with the morale of the workplace. They do not want to work, here for a paycheck, not company oriented.

PKL Services: The PKL is ok. A new company takes over the contract every 3 years so its hard to establish any real loyalty. Combined with benefits continually being cut. Not just between contract changes but yearly benefit enrollments.
PKL Services: It's been good, great pay as given me opportunities to reach my goals in life. Glad to have spent 16 years being part of the team.
PKL Services: So far so good, cant complain at all. Maybe increase pay because of inflation. But overall great.
