
Very competitive pay for the industry
There are very few positives but a huge one is that the individual teams are close knit.
My team of immediate peers is amazin. The leadership and senior management at Beiersdorf is so poor that it causes the mid-level employees to bond together and form strong partnerships.
Leadership needs to acknowledge that every team has priorities and deliverables that need to get done and cannot drop everything to meet every urgent demand they have. They do not listen to what anyone has to say unless they are a VP & will work you to the bone with meaningless tasks & no reward.
