Some shouldn't even be here - they don't want to be and it shows in their work. Others are incompetent. But most are lovely.

My own group is great - extremely dedicated, but some of the other people I work wth are not as great - having shown they can't stick to a timeline yet don't speak up about it and are reluctant to take responsibility.
