Review from Sales Dept · Posted 19 days ago

They seem to care about people but then that isn't always shown in their actions

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted 22 days ago

The alignment to the core values and transparency

Review from Supply Chain Dept · Posted 23 days ago

Very forthcoming, transparent and vocal

Posted 23 days ago

Very approachable, genuinely caring, supportive and transparent team

Review from HR Dept · Posted 23 days ago

They admit when they are wrong or feel like the leadership team has taken a misstep. It's rare to see executive boards be honest which builds trust. I just wish they would really invest in unlocking the potential of the US as a company more than they do.

the transparency and the closeness to the team.

Review from Executive Dept

They seem to listen and want to be a productive and profitable company.

Review from Sales Dept

They communicate effectively and think about their employees.

Review from Research & Development Dept

Transparency, monthly town halls although should be shortened to 1 hour, and keeping us informed of financial goals and where we currently stand

Review from Supply Chain Dept

receptive to input from all involved

Review from Operations Dept

Inclusive, cares for people, committed

Review from Executive Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to our team. When we give feedback or do the glint aurvey nothing is being done. At least tell us your listening

Review from Sales Dept

Providing clear direction and sticking to them

Review from Finance Dept

Focus on the big picture - driving the business. It is insane that ever single individual assets need to be reviewed by the new VP. That does not signify trust or simplicity and shows lack of leadership.

Review from Marketing Dept

Empowering local market employees to have REAL impact and not just take orders from the Global organization

Review from Marketing Dept

Leadership needs to acknowledge that every team has priorities and deliverables that need to get done and cannot drop everything to meet every urgent demand they have. They do not listen to what anyone has to say unless they are a VP & will work you to the bone with meaningless tasks & no reward.

Review from Sales Dept

they should Communicate as one TEAM

Review from Sales Dept

Holding people managers accountable for development conversations with their employees. Fostering a competitive, yet inclusive environment.

Review from Shopper & Customer Marketing Dept

Display Care and Trust instead of giving mandates

Review from Marketing Dept

Be more transparent on strategy, be the standard of our core values through actions (not just words), and be more collaborative

Review from Supply Chain Dept

clear goals and objectives. we are focused on too many things right now eveyone is drowing in work and its adding a lit of stress, there are also way too manh trainings. I feel when i meet with my manager i have 100 things to ho over with her because there is so much change and ambiguity

Review from Marketing Dept

Value employee's time and appreciate the work being done. As a company they need tobget better at giving better increments for the employee because at the end of the day, thats tbe best motivation and incentive for the employee to fe values and continue to put in the hard work.

Review from Research & Development Dept

Caring more about the employees, retaining the employees, career development and ensuring they thrive in a positive, enriching culture.

Review from Shopper & Customer Marketing Dept

Putting managers in positions that they have training in!!

Review from Sales Dept

A clear plan of action. A good, dedicated IT department.

Review from Sales Dept

Incorporate the field employees into the company as a whole, so they actually feel like they are part of the corporation. They are rarely mentioned, except in the immediate leadership.

Review from Sales Dept

- better and clearer communication - ensure a manageable workload and prevent burnouts - retention of talent, BDF is becoming less competitive & attractive in the US labor market

Review from Finance Dept

Align salaries to market rate. Fix root causes of unsustainable workload - lack of resources, poor communication and processes.

Review from Finance Dept

Not failing. Bringing in new products and being trustworthy. Showing up at work and being available.

Review from Operations Dept

use transparency to communicate what is going to happen to the Cleveland site after all the bayer items leave. the site can't survive on just coppertone.
