Review from HR Dept · Posted 12 days ago

All of our competitors (Unilever, P&G, etc) offer very competitive stock options and long-term incentives, none of which we have. I'm paid fairly in salary but everything else is lacking. We will never be able to get talent of their caliber as we are not competitive in the US marketplace.

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not as competitive as it could be, and while we have "unlimited vacation" taking vacation is difficult.

A promotion to mirror the contribution I make and level of experience I have; along with that a higher salary and bonus bracket

Doing a market check to compare salaries to other companies at the same level and region.

Higher salary and higher raises.

Review from Sales Dept

Base salary is the lowest compared to other organizations in OTC Make goals attainable. Example - the sales force has always achieved the POS ( point of sale) goals at 150% by growing Aquaphor and Eucerin numbers. This year NO ONE made bonus for POS in the nation. Stop skewing the numbers

Review from Sales Dept

We are being paid less then our competition and our bonus structure doesmt make sense.

Review from Sales Dept

From my perspective, I feel my contributions after four years haven’t been adequately acknowledged, despite driving substantial value for Beiersdorf. Leading cross-functional initiatives and tackling complex c

Review from Supply Chain Dept

I’d feel more valued if my compensation better reflected the scope of my work. I would be happier with a higher salary that match

Review from Supply Chain Dept

We're overworked because teams are too lean and company does not grant requests for headcount. Because teams aren't growing, promotions never happen even when they're deserved.

Review from Marketing Dept

The bonus and incentives paid unfairly compared to industry standards.

Review from Research & Development Dept

Higher base salary- salary of a long time employee is same as new hire in a high cost of living area. Salary not high enough to attract experienced sales people.

Review from Engineering Dept

My pay is way less than others with the same experience at other companies. My current pay is less than I made in the past.

Review from Sales Dept

its been three years since i started my work in Beiersdorf and i am still in the same position. I am not clear what more needs to be done and i believe i am working hard to get promoted.

Review from Research & Development Dept

The base salary is much lower compared to other companies. The bonus structure is capped and skewed so the payout to sales reps is minimal. Would like to see a fair compensation plan which is not based on random surveys. I cannot get an answer on how much the average rep is compensated.

Review from Sales Dept

Cost of living is higher in my area than other peers.

Review from Sales Dept

higher salary - I have been here for 6 years and promoted thrice but my pay is still not on par what what I am seeing with my peers and in the industry. I would like my pay to increase aligned with my stellar performance

Review from Marketing Dept

better salary compatible to the market

Review from Supply Chain Dept

My rate of pay does not reflect the years of experience I have. Incoming people are starting at only 15-20% below my base pay with no experience. My 30+ years of experience should be reflected considering my 100% dedication to doing the best possible job year after year.
