If A) i was compensated based on the level of experiece, B) value, C) trust, respect and credibity I have enstilled in both my peers and colleagues over the years. I continue to be solution driven driveing positve revenue for my business and our business as a whole.

When I think about the scope of my responsibilities and the number of contributions, both strategic and operational, I bring to most of the stakeholders within the Company, I really do believe I'm quite underpaid
