Working here has slowly drained me because of the toxic environment(manipulation, gossiping, isolation, treated like a maid,etc).

In-N-Out Burger: The genuinely care about their associates and treat each other like family. There is a lot of pride behind everyone's work.
Subway: Nothing everyone are thieves and they throw each other under the bus

The Wonderful Company: The company has good benefits for their employees. A more diverse leadership team would make a huge difference. Listen to your employees and lower levels when they have problems, the managers/directors currently are not effective and treatment of their teams is unacceptable.
