Bell: I think the current culture at Bell is awesome! The company allows employees to contribute their creative ideas and truly add value. I feel that Bell leadership truly cares about its employees and it is reflected in the amenities offered and the development opportunities.

Torrid: So far it's been only ok. I'm afraid to ask questions because my store manager tends to get very irritated with me when I dont remember how to do something on the POS instantly after being shown once or maybe twice. I dont like trying to convince customers to sign up for credit cards.

Mills Fleet Farm: The orientation process was great. I was confident in my job before being on my own. I have a resource person I can go to if needed.

Columbia Sportswear: It started out very positive. We had an amazing management team that actually cared about staff and the company. We worked as a team and sales were fantastic. It's changed since the family isn't running it anymore. It feels like every other major chain now.

Rhode Island Hospital: We work as a team. When help is needed, they are their willing to help. We all are able to communite and have great relationships. Lack of drama makes for a better, safer environment
Continental Tire: Continental is a great place to work. What we lack in salary we make up for in benefits. You will have more PTO than you know what to do with. Overall we all get along and we have some great customers. Relatively low stress environment.

Tacala: Fairly solid. Fast paced, but not overly stressful. We are CONSTANTLY understaffed, especially on Sunday, otherwise it enjoyable.

WeWork: WeWork is the single worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working at. Goals are disorganized, project/product management is a total mess, and almost every employee is rude, standoffish, and seems to wish I would please buzz off rather than ask them to do their jobs.

Aveda: Bring the culture back. In a desperate frenzy to increase sales the core relationships have been hurt if not broken. Leadership was given direction to get rid of employees without being flagged by HR, those who they couldn't flush out they laid off. Employees have zero support
