Elsevier: Good company with long term vision and great people policy. But the local management are not fully subscribed to them. They just put checks in boxes trying to look okay on books and really not following it in spitits.

Consilio: I work with great people. Management, however, is too busy to effectively manage people. My growth and concerns are ignored. Our annual pay raise was abysmal and did not match the growing expectations of time and stress placed upon us. Consilio needs to treat its staff better.
John Muir Health: Very competative pay and benefits.
Autodesk: I like the company overall, we have good benefits and I like the culture. My specific team is overwhelmed and overloaded, but the company as a whole is great.
Mister Car Wash: Working at Mister Car Wash is a very active environment. Have a lot of fun and great people to work with.
MarineMax: Communication is is good, but could use some work
Smart & Final: Overworked, underpaid and last but not least, undervalued.
Blue Shield of California: Meaningful and impactful work. Not a perfect company but does provide many opportunities for growth if you want it. Also, creates a great environment of belonging and community.
UT Health San Antonio: Overall, I have had a positive experience. In the last couple of years, it hasn't been as positive.

UT Health San Antonio: Started off on wrong foot when transitioned from contract to full-time employee when pay decreased. I was not told this ahead of time and therefore I was not continuing to interview or seek other employment. Lost my positive feelings about the HR system not being transparent.
Petco: Love it here! My coworkers are much like family. We all get along very well, and we are all there to support each other!

Darling Ingredients: This company is growing yet keeping their work, life balance. The CEO loves all the employees and goes out of his way to see each new location.
Consilio: I feel very lucky to be a part of Consilio and on a great team where I'm supported and encouraged and provided with the balance I need.

Crocs: The original manager was friendly yet firm and just a fantastic manager that made you feel comfortable

Equifax: Extreme disconnect between CEO and his own workforce. Implementing unpopular policies that will start costing us new hires and existing talent
Public Storage: Great compensation and collaborative teams at all levels of the organization. Company is still very agile despite it's size. Decision making from the top is quick to try new initiatives or end them if they don't improve customer service, gain efficiencies or grow the business.

Elsevier: The income is fairly low in each position I've held, however the overall company benefits and company culture are fantastic.

Chubb: I feel that in my department we are overworked and underpaid. The department had historic profits for a company over 100 years old and our budget was cut.
Chubb: It's a constant workload without merit. All of the increases in pay I've gotten have amounted to $1.00 an hour in 6 years of an increase.
Andersen Windows Corporation: Supervisor never seems to care about his employees. Never standing up for his employees. Too eager to be a "yes man" to management instead of being fair to his employees. Never around to take of issues in the department. Seems to have no drive to show any support for his staff.
