DoorDash: As a Dasher, it's very hard to communicate with anyone to reference suggestions. I requested an address to send suggestions from Dashers to help with issues that Dashers may have. There are a few issues that are important to us Dashers that would make us feel like our opinions are important.

Brown & Brown Insurance: Powell Brown is really trying hard to do a great job. On paper, everything sounds good. Company ethics policies are not enforced consistently and often ignored. Local office leadership is critical to employee experience and varies wildly. Managers are key to employee experience. Be careful.

Herman Miller: The office jobs supposedly are very forgiving compared to the warehouse: It is not uncommon for a supervisor of sorts to speak down to you after you come to them with an issue. Basic workplace ethics are not a priority. Favoritism is obvious. Raises are nonexistent unless you're able to do more.
