Honeywell Safety Products: Employees are the last concern of management. Layoffs looked at as cost controls to make up for poor management decisions. Competence and hard work get you nowhere. Assurance: Bad, bad, bad! You do not make more than $20/hr even if you are great at sales, because it's about luck of the draw with the calls you take. You also get docked money for every call that comes in no matter the outcome. Outside of open enrollment, you may make $5-$10/hr tops. Run and don't look back!
