Firestone Complete Auto Care: The Technician intentionally messed my car up worse than it was prior to taking it in. I emailed customer support and got a call back from the store I emailed about. No one has done anything to solve the issue now I have to pay hundreds to fix something that they created.
Codility: I feel like I am paid what I am worth, the L&D budget helps me continue to grow, and PTO is great.
Anitian: Sales does not get paid commission until customer pays, and if you leave the company, you don't get anything unless the customer pays before you leave. Senior management has said they will pay, but has not followed through.

RedShelf: I've been able to draw upon my relatively long and diverse experience to take on small projects that create small improvements. Other employees with less experience struggle to do this and get bogged down in distraction and inefficiency. I wish that middle managers were more effective coaches.

Reputation: My coworkers are generally good people but the company doesn't care much about anything more than reaching 100M+ in sales. Their product is below average (Qualtrics, Podium, way better) and they have a TON of defection internally. It's hard to keep people when such a high % of customers are angry.

Aspiration: Add chat with customer care an in app option, offer 24 hour customer care*, change the requirement to call customer care in order to update account details such as email address on file. *even if just a skeleton crew for emergencies via chat.

DealerOn: It has been a nightmare working at DealerOn! Management constantly lies and always seeks opportunities to not pay employees fairly or cut benefits. Employees are treated with no respect and come second to profit. Turnover is through the roof. No one wants to work here, even new hires leave asap.
