There is no respect for talent and skills. Compensation is mainly driven by how close and how blindly you follow the otherwise inept VPs.

It is not encouraged at all for sales and is frowned upon.
They don't promote that policy and don't trust people to work from home

Business suit for sales, business casual for other positions
If its for sales, I would wear a suit and tie.

Employees can go to any level
