Good people in place. People centered.
Contribution and interaction with good people.
They take ownership. They provide support. They make asks without ambiguity or responsibility shifts. What "management" should be.
I have three teams. I do not dislike one person on any of them. That alone is worth it's weight in gold.
My interview process was very different than today. I was asked some technical questions on a phone call, then asked some personal questions in a meeting with leadership. I can't speak to today's process much, but I do like that culture fit is emphasized.
