All jobs/careers have ups and downs, as long as the positive outweigh the negative I will be engaged in what we do for our people and our customers. Global scaling is far from easy, but the foot needs to be taken off the gas at some point. We have implemented far to many new systems and process'.

Dental is affordable, most everything else is much more expensive than it should be. A consultative trip to an allergist was over $1330 out of pocket, for symptom tests....unreal

We all have high expectations of each other. Communication and accountability are the pillars of our district, how we lead and what we expect of others. Never making excuses, constantly looking for improvements, cross functionally and within our own responsibilities.

When character/ accountability of our culture has been in question, actions have been take. That is reassuring. Money and Revenue cannot be a company goal, very difficult for front line and middle management to get behind that. Engaging important daily work should be 1st and foremost .

I can lead by example and be responsible for all reports. I think many of our leaders are operating at a similar level of accountability, but I do question segments of our overall operation. We need to slow down and be more involved in keeping levels of integrity and accountability high.
