I've been given lots of opportunity here, I'm on my 4th role/promotion here. The people are awesome, I've made friends that I'll keep in touch with for a lifetime. My coworkers are easy to talk to and we have fun in our team meetings. Everyone looks to help each other and encourages one another.

Giving the customer a solution, especially if it's a problem they've been dealing with for a while.

All of the C levels that I've met with are very down to earth and easily approachable. They all work very hard and are highly intelligent. For middle management, my manager and director are the best that I've ever had and always have our back.

The benefits are the best at any company I've worked at. I have a family and before, I would dread the copay at the doctor's office every time, but because the benefits are so great, it's not something I think about anymore. I can great healthcare for my kids without it costing an arm and a leg.
