Since the movement at the C Level happened a few months ago, the positive change in culture has been very obvious. It is true that it "starts at the top tiers". Leadership is caring and thoughtful of employees and customers.

Leadership team is only focused on meeting the monthly numbers and how that impacts the year, but there could be more emphasis on seeing the larger scope and how the product makes an impact.
