The leadership at ServiceTitan cares about every single person. Although ServiceTitan is a very large and growing company, it still has a small business feel with leadership.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock, and that I am paid fairly with the amount of work that I have.

The best part about my compensation package at ServiceTitan is the paid family health insurance and the encouraged paid time off!

I know ST has a lot of benefits for the younger crowd and it would be nice to see benefits for the more experienced employees too. Benefits for vision would be a blessing if it covered better lenses for our group. Not complaining...thankful for what I have!

efficient, not time consuming, and people are welcoming of other's ideas

The team is always willing to help each other out. Whether it be answering a question or covering a call, the team has each other's backs.

The interview wasn't your typical interview. While there were interview questions asked, the interview panel wanted to get to know you on a personal level which made me feel welcomed!
