A nice mixture of work, great people to work with, and new clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You're given time to do you job, but don't feel overwhelmed or pressure from management.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open and very supportive. They care that you succeed and enjoy your job too. Everyone has been really wonderful and a joy to work with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very productive and people showed up on time. They asked questions that I felt were important for the position I was interviewing for. Again, really nice folks.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Again, it's a nice mix of getting to know people and covering important items that need to be discussed for the business or our group. Supportive is what is really nice about our team!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know ST has a lot of benefits for the younger crowd and it would be nice to see benefits for the more experienced employees too. Benefits for vision would be a blessing if it covered better lenses for our group. Not complaining...thankful for what I have!
