What I love about our leadership team is that they are constantly innovating and not afraid to test out new ideas/concepts. Even at the stage of company that we're at, if you come to the table with a great idea, our leadership team will empower you to execute on that idea.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to my years of experience and industry average, I am underpaid. Equity seems to be drastically lower than standard stock practice in the tech/software world.
