Everyone is generally very friendly/welcoming on the few events we've had in person

The people I work with, my manager, autonomy, and the ability to take on new projects
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to my years of experience and industry average, I am underpaid. Equity seems to be drastically lower than standard stock practice in the tech/software world.
