The team is always willing to help each other out. Whether it be answering a question or covering a call, the team has each other's backs.

The leadership at ServiceTitan cares about every single person. Although ServiceTitan is a very large and growing company, it still has a small business feel with leadership.

What makes me most happy at work is the people and customers I get to interact with. I love helping others and seeing people and customers grow.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview wasn't your typical interview. While there were interview questions asked, the interview panel wanted to get to know you on a personal level which made me feel welcomed!
