efficient, not time consuming, and people are welcoming of other's ideas

Stock, and that I am paid fairly with the amount of work that I have.

the whole process was quick. And i got to talk to people I will work with
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give me the support I need but also giving me the space to do things on my own.
