Asked for a Full time position 8 months ago and feel it was unfair when learned there had been new hires. I heard and feel i didnt get the position because company may not have wanted to pay for medical.

Treat all coworker equally regardless of any and all situations at home and at work. And if there is at any time work can not be funtioable due to any situation all workers should be able to trust manager to all employees conversation personal. I can not trust manager

Professioally friendly and got to hear me out when and how im not able to do weekend without a heads up due to partner having emergency work and or any situation with having to watch or take of if im not able to find someone to sit my child.

My work environment is not always positive. Personal situations is not kept personal. Feel uncomfortable returning back to work after me or family members is out sick or due to injury. Everytime i have been out due to injury, manager asked me if i had claim it as work injury, which is illegal.

Che cosa sta andando male e come può essere migliorato?

I havent been trained right since i have started.plus im sure my managers should have been the one to train. Also when asking for help i feel like it doent want to be offered and most times is told to look to the cheat cards. And may i remind again i was not trained properly.
