it pays the bills but outside of my department, I don't know anyone. The hubs created/designed are more for folks in city than burbs, so missed opportunities to meet (if any). Friendly environment overall.

There is ebb and flow of projects, lack of resources puts strain on projects that goes ignored by leadership. Lack of resources prevents current resources from growing and learning new things , which impact projects. Lack of resource impacts work/life balance and even more for consecutive projects.

Hours and roles I play on project does not match compensation. So nothing, thankful I get a paycheck..that's the best part.

the question isn't clear, I dont know anyone in the company outside my department. Company vs. department will give different responses. Department, good people. Company don't know anyone, so no answer.

most of the things I do is not tracked as category to impact compensation (ex: help folks solve issues on other projects). some of these things are "non-billable" because no hrs on project.

Resourcing forces one to do multiple roles, it has become the accepted norm. It's assumed everyone should be a certain way else they aren't a team player. Bonus payout reduction impacts employee budgets negatively but is great for the company.
