Wide disparity in compensation. Don't invest in the stock program. The executives get a much, much higher percentage of their allocation than the lower level employees. My investment in the stock program has lost money. The Executives cannot lose with stock grants.

HQ wants it to be a good place to work so many mid and low level people work hard hoping that the company survives and delivers on their promises but the local VP's don't understand they need to be loyal to employees. They promote incompetent people.

The position offered is not what I am doing. They recruited me for a position and made representations of what I would be doing. But they never intended to have me do that work. I was suspicious. They couldn't provide an organizational chart at my interview(s). I should have known.
