Transparency with the business and openess in communication. Truly support work life balance

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focusing on the customer, the company, hard working honest employees, employees with construction experience and skills, more effective training and include mentoring. Also, more focus on the performance of senior leadership and accountability in effective leadership.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
No compensation no compensation no need compensation

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being treated fairly and respectfully
Wide disparity in compensation. Don't invest in the stock program. The executives get a much, much higher percentage of their allocation than the lower level employees. My investment in the stock program has lost money. The Executives cannot lose with stock grants.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Team collaboration and support for each other
open and honest people, focus on work, team players
Transparency throughout teams as well as great comoroditiy
The team acts and feels as an extension of family
close knit, genuine care for each other outside of work as well as in the office

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership and their willingness to help ensure people do not fail
Everyone trying there best to safe environment on site according to there work activities
The people care about the brand and each other
Team work between all roles on project team.
The feeling of a multi billion dollar company and everyone is approachable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Regional executive management to delegate/empower people, avoid overcontrol, reduce favoritism, ensure safe environment
Hold VPs accountable for long term results. Do not stack the deck for them by rewarding them at much higher levels out of proportion to mid level employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like when they as me about ,y work experience
Screening was done prior to an interview to narrow it down. This kept from wasting alot of time once selected
Great communication throughout, transparent about chances and other candidatates
The process was well organized and pleasant.

Planning, organization, interest in the process, respect for candidates.
The position offered is not what I am doing. They recruited me for a position and made representations of what I would be doing. But they never intended to have me do that work. I was suspicious. They couldn't provide an organizational chart at my interview(s). I should have known.
What makes you most happy at work?
Facing new challenges everyday and the support and training needed to be succesful.
Coming everyday to work meet my work friend and work family a
Finding solutions to problems and providing a safe work enviroment.
