Wide disparity in compensation. Don't invest in the stock program. The executives get a much, much higher percentage of their allocation than the lower level employees. My investment in the stock program has lost money. The Executives cannot lose with stock grants.

Hold VPs accountable for long term results. Do not stack the deck for them by rewarding them at much higher levels out of proportion to mid level employees.

Screening was done prior to an interview to narrow it down. This kept from wasting alot of time once selected

The position offered is not what I am doing. They recruited me for a position and made representations of what I would be doing. But they never intended to have me do that work. I was suspicious. They couldn't provide an organizational chart at my interview(s). I should have known.
