Nothing is growing right now
No difficulties, fraud is hard for every bsnk thanks to the Equifax breach, so that dept growth has skyrocketed
Everything is growing but sticking to old methodologies is slowing the company down.

Very flexible but depends on the department
No work life balance whatsoever - you will be required to work nights, weekends etc.
Good..generous paid time ofg, remarkable late gal leave/maternity leave, short term disability coverage (but MetLife..awful), better than most

How do you feel about going to work at Synchrony Financial everyday?
Depends on the day, lots of support here by all Mgmt, the IT issues are prevelant through..makes for some very ugly days. Client docs is now required to handle all account, both retail and healthcare which are markedly different portfolios and systems..it's often like doing 2 jobs for one paycheck in terms of call volume and required info, knowledge, compliance scripting etc..no walk in the park here!
