Option to work from home.
There is the ability to work remote at times. I do not know if we have many fully remote positions.

In secret, steeped in mystery... unless you are on the committee making the decision.

How much and how often do raises happen at Goldman Sachs?
Once a year.
Compensation is done once per year. Raises are less than a cost of living increase unless you are on the revenue side and/or you have someone championing you.

Growing - MARCUS. Difficulties - FICC
MARCUS and possibly FICC respectively.
How's the vacation policy at Goldman Sachs?
It’s quite good. The minimum you get is 18 paid days a year and 9 sick days. The longer you are at the firm it increases e.g after 5 years you get 5 extra days and after 10 you get 10 extra days.
Pretty good - 21 days minimum amount in the US and then get more when promoted or been longer at firm. Also get 5 extra days when married.

There is... but then it goes too far so that if you fall into what is sometimes considered the general demographic in finance now becomes the minority.

How little pay one would get unless they had a godfather.

Start paying people again.
