The leadership team is very transparent and easy to communicate with. I've seen my colleagues get promoted to leadership roles here since joining and can easily go pick their brains.

Tray has a collaborative culture that starts at the top down. Whenever I log onto my work day, I can trust that I will either ask or be asked strategic questions by colleagues who will hop on a Slack Huddle, shoot DMs, or even via Zoom.

Getting to learn so much. Tray is a general automation platform so we're not really bound to any particular softwares or industries. I've been exposed to working with people at organizations with really cool business models and I start to learn about other technologies that they use.
