The different problems to work on, and the ability to dig into things to set them up and work on them properly. We move fast, but not so fast we have to lose that aspect of the work, which is crucial as you are building up a business

- Lack of transperancy - Lack of acknowledging the issues - Not Undertaking any initiative to understand people and actively address their concerns - The business is lacking direction and making lots of decisions that don't make much sense to most of us
