What did you like most about the interview process?
Very easy going, conversational, non-confrontational. I didn't feel like I was being quizzed. To me, it felt like people just getting to know each other to see if, culturally, they would work well together. And that was a breath of fresh air.

The friendly people that I met were so open with me on what they thought the company was doing well and what they thought we could improve on. The interviews while assessments felt conversational and I learnt so much about the people, product and company while I was in them.
