Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I took a significant reduction in pay as I love the product and culture at Tray, but in good faith that as Tray becomes more successful, this will be passed on to employees in the form of more competitive salaries. Currently Tray are paying way below market in my experience.

There is no one in my team I would be reluctant to approach or ask for help. Everyone mucks in to get the job done. We all have a laugh and share our personal lives and interests. I think everyone in the team brings something extremely valuable to the table.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You can talk to anyone in the company, regardless of how high up they are, in a straightforward friendly manner. No need to dance around a point or feel silly asking a question
