What are some of the best things about your team?

Smart, creative, open to share ideas and have a 'yes' attitude

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I can do my job without a pressure of a metric if that metric isn't serving the customer or company

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Listening. They listen to our customers, analysts, and employees. Decisions are not made in a vacuum and change happens quickly when it's right.

What makes you most happy at work?

You never know what's next but you know you want to be apart of it. Everyone wants to succeed at a greater level than 'me'.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I love Savvy sessions where employees get to share something they are passionate about that has nothing to do about work. So far I have learned about drumming, maps, photography, and making apple butter.
