What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team is humble, humorous, and driven. They seem to genuinely care about the success of every individual and are grateful for the work you put in to building Tray. They're hyper focused on building a team that's diverse, welcoming to all, and conducive to personal development.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Oh man, everything about them! They're committed to hiring the best and brightest, while ensuring that everyone who joins the team is going to be a culture add. They're always working to better themselves, help each other out, have fun, and stay positive, in a genuinely optimistic but not toxic way

What makes you most happy at work?

For me, it's a combination of the people and the work. The people make signing into Slack or hopping on Zoom actually fun. And I love that my work is different every day which means I'm constantly learning and growing, with constant opportunities to challenge myself, and that feels really good!

What is the best part about your compensation package?

- Lots of health care options (medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, etc.) for whatever your situation - Roth 401K plan - Stock options in a company that's growing rapidly towards unicorn status and likely to IPO - Unlimited PTO policy that people actually use to rest and reset

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The support, the cheering everybody on, the helping each other out. Everyone's a team player and no one is too busy to lend a hand, make a shout out, or acknowledge a win. I've never experienced anything like it. We're truly all rooting for each other to do their best work and be their best self

What did you like most about the interview process?

My interviewer was open and honest from the get-go about what they were looking for in this hire but seemed to care most about what I was looking for in a new role. I was a nontraditional candidate but ultimately our values aligned, I had enough skills, and so I love that they took a chance on me!
