I think what is best about our team is that everyone is willing to support his co-workers in terms of a customer's concern to better give out the best results and solutions.

The fact that it is higher than the usual starting salary, but I hope it would increase eventually to compete with global standards and at the same time help us be comfortable against economic struggles as well.

I think the most positive about the environment and culture of this company is that they give importance to a work-life balance. Since it helps me as an employee to do much more in life and not be easily burned out on a career that I love.

The thing that makes me happy about my work is that I'm not pressured to do it. What I mean by that is that I know even if I struggle I have a team to rely on and are willing to help. At the same time, we are given enough time to focus on our self-goals which is rewarded as well.
