But managers and assistant managers just sit around all day while the new guys and the other guys work all day long with no breaks 6 or 8 hours straight.. i love learning about cars and working with hard working people. It was a great job... At first but poor uper management employee retention and hostile work environment was hard as well as fast paced non stop work and sales with no commission and under paid and if your not a member of the boys club or to our scm or am doesn't like u good luck moving up
