Nothing. Valvoline lies about many things
Notbing is really positive they just like to put there employees down
the way we approach things as a team and the can do attuide. making things easier to so because everyone's voice is heard.

The company needs to either relax on all the rules or pay more. A perfect world would be both.
Start at the top thats all Ill say, they just move lower around to save their jobs

Need better management and you need to put your leadership roles through customer service training and make them aware that they are just as replaceable as the rest of us. I don't agree with the fact this company doesn't seem to care if it has workers or not. My manager wasn't even the worst one.
The way work is done and make sure times get put in on time

They need to appreciate the people at the bottom of the pyramid more.
