They always seem to come out top even when they are wrong it's an amazing skill I've yet to master

Learning all the machines, and services, shouldn't rely on a certified tech for help. Can't run floor properly.

Retirement is available ,also I have a opportunity to grow from within

there is no best part. have to get approval for your earned PTO, don''t get paid for holidays if you normally work that day, the health insurance and dental is below average most times requiring a co pay

Because I do most of the physical work while everyone stands around
Feeling like im part of the team instead of an outcast
I dont like tge insurance, we still have to pay alot out if pocket

Strong minds, hard workers, and go all the way
we meet on a monthly basis and results are shared along with great stories of what is happening in the market

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Just be better and do better
Respect, patience and not being mean to new people. Showing me the way to properly do my job, different cars need different training. Instead of blaming the new people show them how to work on cars and have them do it.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company needs to either relax on all the rules or pay more. A perfect world would be both.
Start at the top thats all Ill say, they just move lower around to save their jobs
