We all know our call outs and what we are trained to do

We all work together and communicate very well, usually if we have a problem we are all able to sort it out smoothly rather quickly. We all know who to go to when we have a problem we are unsure of, and feel open to asking questions or asking for help.

Just be better and do better

Respect, patience and not being mean to new people. Showing me the way to properly do my job, different cars need different training. Instead of blaming the new people show them how to work on cars and have them do it.
