Terrible, senior management only care about filling checkboxes. They don't support the staff at all. They only care about themselves.

I have found it extremely difficult to move up in the organization. Merit and performance (and education) don't get you far. Nepotism is the worst of any firm I've worked. Family of management are often promoted when they are clearly not the best performers. They do not practice what they preach
Should bot just accept mediocre management that take them for granted.
