Staff tend to be empathetic and treat each other and members well. However, it is an extreme case of groupthink and if you have a different point of view on anything it does not feel AT ALL comfortable to ever let your thoughts be known. The good pay and benefits increase morale.
How we've been structured has been really focused on the local community, which is really great!
There are some very nice people there
Avoid office politics and great support to employees.
The 'lived' company culture needs to live up to the stated brand values and culture
Have competent managers who have more of a final say when it comes to hiring and rewarding employees that go above and beyond and who are team players. Not just the new guy thst beags about how good he is.
