There wasn't much to like about it. It was a panel of people that didn't know what they were doing but judged me based on their own bias.
They should ask less behavioral questions and focus more on performance. Also, you get feedback after unsuccessful interviews but it feels like they give you false feedback to let you down easy rather than levelling with you and helping you get to where you want to go.
