What makes you most happy at work?
Good coworkers thst appreciate me and helping members with good service where they feel cared for.
Helping members achieve their financial goals is rewarding. Many do not have a high degree of financial literacy so it feels good to converse with them (and give advice) and connect them with a specialist. Knowing that this will greatly benefit them over time is rewarding.
Making my work better each time I work on something.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
management style. avoid office politics and keep/support good employees
Senior management are inept and don't have the skills or knowledge to be leaders
