Some are surely great colleagues that you can rely on when you need an extra helping hand.
Vancity does seem to attract good people. Great comradery among co-workers but experience with management is a different story.
Because of our brand and size as a local company, we hire really incredible people onto our team. Not all of them are amazing, but most of them are. The only problem is that we're not structured to enable these people to shine.
Interactions amongst co workers needs to be encouraged
Skill sets are very low
Should bot just accept mediocre management that take them for granted.
Most are lifers so they have no idea how to work effectively
