The health benefits are great. I do make less than my last company, but being happy and enjoying what you do and believing in the company you work for really makes it all worth it!

Interacting with the customers. They love Wegmans and are huge fans. Its always great to help them or talk with them. I also enjoy getting to know my staff and helping develop them as well.

The leadership team maintains a positive attitude. They genuinely care about their employees! They work hard, but they enjoy what they do and helping our customers. There is a lot of training on being kind to everyone. Its a wonderful place to work and shop!
