What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team actually jumps in to help out if department is swamped with customers. I was shocked when a manager who had transferred to another department actually stayed 2 hours past his shift ending to help out our department. I love it here.

The work is hard, and hard on my body. And the company is quite rich and can afford to pay better.
