Zayo does not meet SLAs or provide accurate timelines to their customers. I hope this will be improved as our customers deserve the best.

Zayo's ground level employee's are the best of the best. Since leadership cannot keep the company afloat, they rely on their over-worked & underpaid employees to carry the weight of the sink or swim company on their backs, providing a hero culture.

Che cosa si deve cambiare affinché la cultura aziendale migliore?

I continuously have escalations because of Zayo's "messy" internal processes. I believe this is not something that can be fixed because it simply is not how Zayo works. Efficiency is slow and do not believe employees' are set up for success in any position.
